5. YOUR LIABILITY AS USER



You warrant that your posted content contains no child pornography; dangerous or illegal acts (including but not limited to incitement to violence, animal abuse or drug abuse); unlawful, obscene, defamatory or libelous material; images of rape or abuse; images of bestiality; or any sexually explicit content (including but not limited to intercourse, masturbation, sadistic or masochistic abuse, explicit depiction of male or female genitalia or pubic areas, pedophilia or necrophilia). To be clear, Gbn4me neither wants nor tolerates such content. If Your Content contains such content, do not upload it to the Website as you are not authorized to upload it to the Website.

You also warrant that your posted content (i) does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party (including but not limited to articles, notes, blogs, personal writings, events, advertisements or any other material that you have not created yourself or for which you do not have the necessary clearances and permissions from third party rights owners or copyright royalty collection organizations in such materials); (ii) does not infringe personal rights (i.e. it is not defamatory and does not contain insults, abuse, libel, etc.) or personal privacy (including an individual's right to his or her image); and (iii) is not contrary to public policy and accepted moral standards and does not display, incite or otherwise promote illegal or immoral activity, and does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

A "report User" link appears next to each member profile or articles posted by the member so that other users may report content that potentially violates the Terms or any other policy of Gbn4me.

6. COPYRIGHT NOTIFICATIONS

Gbn4me does not permit copyright infringing activities and infringement of intellectual property rights on its Website, and will remove content uploaded by users (including your posted content), if properly notified that such content infringes on another's intellectual property rights. Gbn4me reserves the right also to terminate a user's account, if they are determined to be a repeat infringer.

If you believe that your content has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide Gbn4me's copyright agent the written information specified below:

A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest that is allegedly infringed

7. REGISTRATION AND ACCESS

7.1. REGISTRATION

In order to use many of the Website's features, you must set up an account using the online registration form. You are free to modify the Prohibited Content section, (ii) the retention of your connection data, which is subject to our policies on Personal Data you provide on the form at any time. Upon registering, you will be sent an email containing a hyperlink that must be clicked in order to confirm your registration. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to register with Gbn4me. It is Gbn4me's policy not to collect any information from anyone under the age of 18.

You warrant that you are either more than 18 years or age or have consent of your parent or legal guardian such that you are legally able to agree to be bound by the Terms. In any event, you warrant that you are over the age of 18, as the Website is not intended for children under 18. If you are the parent or legal guardian of a child under 18 and that child has somehow registered with Gbn4me, please send an e-mail to info@gbn4me.com for instructions on how to cancel your child's registration. In the e-mail, please include your full name and address, your child's full name and address, your relationship to the child, your daytime and evening telephone numbers, your e-mail address and a signed statement that you are the child's parent or legal guardian. Gbn4me reserves the right to seek additional information to verify your identity and status in relation to the child. Gbn4me will use this information only to verify that you are the child's parent or legal guardian and for no other purposes

8. PROOF, RETENTION AND STORAGE

The computer registers stored on our systems in accordance with standard safety practices shall be considered proof of emails exchanged, registration forms sent, articles published, comments posted, and other activity within the Website. Registration forms are stored on reliable and durable media, as required by law. It is agreed that, in the event of a discrepancy between our computer registers and any paper or electronic documents in your possession, our computer registers shall be authoritative and controlling.

10. CHOICE OF VENUE/LAW

You agree that Gbn4me shall be deemed to be a passive website that is based solely in India and over which personal jurisdiction cannot be obtained, either specific or general, in any jurisdiction other than India.

You agree that any dispute between you and Gbn4me arising out of or relating in any way to these Terms or your use of the Website shall be interpreted in accord with the laws of India, without reference to its conflicts of laws, and shall in all respects be governed, construed, applied, and enforced in accordance with the laws of India. You also agree that any claim or dispute between you and Gbn4me shall be decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in India and you irrevocably consent to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of any such court.

If you decide to visit any Linked Site, you do so at your own risk and it is your responsibility to take all protective measures to guard against viruses or other destructive elements. Gbn4me has no responsibility to you with respect to any Linked Site and no Linked Site, regardless of the liking form (e.g. hotlinks, hypertext links, IMG links) is maintained, controlled, endorsed, monitored or otherwise governed by Gbn4me.

12. AMENMSENTS/REVISIONS

Gbn4me may amend or revise the Terms or any other policy of Gbn4me at any time and you agree to be bound by such revised Terms or policy. Any such revisions will become effective upon the date it is first posted to this site. It is your responsibility to return to the Website from time to time to review the most current Terms and other Gbn4me policies. Gbn4me does not and will not assume any obligation to notify you of changes to the Terms or any other policy of Gbn4me.

13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Gbn4me and you with respect the Website and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and Gbn4me with respect to the Website. - gbn4me.com will not tolerate spam and distances itself from any actions related to spamming. gbn4me.com does not partake in or overlook spamming.

- We do everything in our power to protect our Customers from deleterious effects of spamming, therefore we DO NOT TOLERATE spamming and report all related actions to the authorities responsible.

- We consider the use of all legal proceedings in case of spamming inflicting a loss on gbn4me.com. We DO NOT TOLERATE spam that in any way disturbs gbn4me.com services or Customers.

- Our Registered Users may occasionally receive newsletters in relation to gbn4me.com. Subscribing to and unsubscribing from these newsletters takes a single click.

  14.1. What is considered spam?

- Manipulating messages, such as email headers, sent to or through gbn4me.com computer systems in a way that may deceit Customers of gbn4me.com.

  - Relaying email from a third party's mail servers without the permission of that third party.

  - Sending, relaying or causing to be sent false, deceptive information or that is otherwise against the business interest of gbn4me.com.

  - Using or causing to be used gbn4me.com computer systems to facilitate the transmission of unsolicited or unauthorized material. This includes any promotional materials, URLs or any other form of unauthorized solicitation that you may upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available.

  - Uploading, posting, emailing, or transmitting the same message, URL, or post multiple times

  - Disrupting the normal flow of dialogue by posting messages in quick succession, multiple times, using capital letters only or otherwise acting in a manner that negatively affects other users' ability to engage in real-time exchanges.



14.2. Consequences of spamming

  - Spamming through gbn4me.com system or disturbing our Customers is a violation of Terms and Conditions of the site.

  - Violation of our Terms and Conditions or spamming may result in legal actions against You and the termination, without notice, of your gbn4me.com account and/or anything associated with it. gbn4me.com cannot be held responsible for any possible loss as a result of such termination.

  - Payments of concerned party or Webmasters violating Terms and Conditions are to be cancelled.

 15. Unsuitable content:

Any unsuitable content like adult content or any other content i.e unsuitable as per the nature of the website added by any member of GBN4ME on GBN4ME might be removed and the member involved in adding that unsuitable content might be blocked from accessing GBN4ME.GBN4ME cannot be held liable for any content added by any member on GBN4ME.
